# Discord Rules

The following is not allowed in any way, shape or form, and will not be tolerated as it is subject to punishment.<br>

**Disrespect:** Any form of racist, sexist, homophobic, hate speech, transphobic, harassment, toxicity, discrimination or behavior of any kind. \

**Spam:** Spamming (text or voice), trolling or opening of multiple tickets. Language: Use of any other language other than English. \
\
**Advertisement:** Any advertising of other FiveM communities, Discords, etc. This also includes DMing. \
\
**Impersonation:** Acts of impersonation of a staff member. \
\
**Bans:** Are not to be discussed in any channel other than a ticket with staff and your ban appeal form.\
\
**Channels:** Please be respectful of the purpose of each channel and use them accordingly. \
\
**NSFW:** Discussions, photos, etc. are not allowed in any voice or text channel. \
\
**Dox’ing:** Leaking private information from someone’s real life including but not limited to: Real name(s), pictures, whereabouts, private information, etc. that they have not shared themselves. \
\
**Fire-starting:** Do not post things in OOC places that will intentionally start arguments or hostility towards or between other community members. We want a positive environment. If you have an issue that needs admin intervention, open a ticket, not general chat in discord.

Punishment for breaking any of these rules may include: Warnings, Mute, Kick, or Perma-Ban.
