⚠️Warn / Temp Bannable Offenses

The following is not allowed in any way, shape or form, and will not be tolerated as it is subject to punishment.

• Breaking character: Using out of character terminology/referring to rules in character is strictly forbidden. Don't use immersion breaking words such as "in my head" (referring to AFK), "my cousin" (referring to other characters), "muscle" (referring to keybinds), "government/gods'' (referring to staff) and many more. There are alternative ways to reference things in roleplay without being lazy about it. See RP Etiquette Guide below. If you cannot think of a way to creatively explain something, use the local /ooc to explain it to those around you. Referring to rules mid scenario is also breaking character.

• Baiting cops: Cop baiting is not allowed, and considered Fail RP. Do not intentionally bait PD into a scenario without any roleplay reason behind it. Including, but not limited to: Crashing into a PD car to have them chase you for no reason, ambushing PD for no reason, etc. - This is a form of Fail RP.

• Combat logging, storing, respawning: Leaving the server, or respawning while involved in an active scenario with other players (being arrested, in the hospital, in a traffic stop, etc.) You are not allowed to store a car in your garage mid pursuit or run into an apartment/home to deposit items mid pursuit. You are in the clear if there has been 10-15 minutes with no contact or visual. If you are seen and the chase starts again, the timer gets reset. You may not pull out a vehicle from a garage mid chase, you must already have the vehicle out to use it. (This does not include people not being chased.)

• Erotic Roleplay: “ERP” Is not allowed.

• Fail RP: Things that can be deemed as Fail RP include but are not limited to: Fake hostages (paid hostages, using friends, asking someone to be a hostage, NPC at counter), failure to respond to /me's, talking normally after being shot/downed, using your radio/giving coms while downed, robbing someone without sufficient reasons.

• Green Zones: All hospitals are green zones. This includes for example St. Fiacre surrounding "block", but not across the main street. Green zones are spots where all criminal activities are forbidden.

• Metagaming: Using knowledge gained outside of in-game roleplay. You cannot use information from Discord unless it is posted in an in-character channel. You MUST NOT be in a Discord call or watching a live stream of someone roleplaying our server while you are logged in. Do not use tilde (~) to look at numbers above heads unless you are reporting that player. You must not use knowledge from one character to another.

  • Voice identification is not allowed in any way, shape or form; unless that person is wearing the exact same clothes and have previously identified themselves, you cannot assume that is the same person.

• New Life Rule: If you are downed and use “E” to respawn, you must not remember the scenarios leading up to that, the only exception to this rule is if your death is self-inflicted (crashing car, drowning, etc.) If you are picked up by EMS, you are able to remember the entire scenario. If you get injured and down, you should focus on healing and getting better, not focus on getting revenge, RP out your injuries. You may not use "E" to respawn if EMS is on the way to rescue you, or if you are in the middle of a scenario.

  • If your injuries were inflicted by another player/group: Both parties should try to avoid each other for at least 30 minutes prior to engaging in any further interaction. If you are downed in a scenario and it has ended, you are not allowed to return to the area of the scene to get evidence, loot bodies, etc.

• Powergaming: Using in-game or RP mechanics to alter a situation to benefit your character. RP every situation to the fullest and do not ruin the experience of others. Do not corner people in RP and force them to do stuff with no other choices. Use of vehicles with unbreakable windows, small windows, or otherwise provide an advantage in shootouts can not be used for criminal activity.

• RDM/VDM: Random/Vehicle deathmatch. You must interact with players and not kill others without a reason or any in character exchange. Do not kill or down players before a server restart as a way to "mess around".

• Valuing your life: At all times you must value your own life as if it were your last. If someone has a gun to your head, you must comply. If you are outnumbered/or “one-upped”, you must comply with their demands. Running on foot away from a cop with a weapon drawn is not considered not valuing your life. - Melee weapons are excluded from this rule, this only applies to firearms.

  • Valuing other's lives: The following is not allowed in any way, shape or form, and will not be tolerated as it is subject to punishment. - The exception to this rule is retaliation. (IE. Another gang shot down your boy, you grab the person, question them, then do the same to them.)
