# Rules ## Perma-Bannable Offenses * **Exploiting:** If you are caught exploiting (including but not limited to: glitches, bug abuse, etc.) you will be removed from the community. All bugs should be reported via ticket. * **Hacking:** Macros, Visual Enhancements\* (that provide advantages in any way), No night visual packs, mod menus, money hacks etc. \*This does not include things like: NVE or ReShade * **Offensive RP:** RPing sexual assault, suicide, pregnancy, etc. Torture RP must be agreed upon by all parties before hand in /OOC chat. (See "Torture RP" in Guidelines) General overly toxic roleplay, disgusting RP including bodily fluids/genitalia, overall behavior IC or OOC, etc. Mimicking real life historic events (such as 9/11). * **Disrespect:** You must respect everyone. No racial slurs, political conversations, homophobic slurs, religious hate, etc. This includes intentionally misgendering someone who is clearly playing a specific gender. We are an inclusive community. You may show disrespect in roleplay, but do not let it bleed out of character, or be overly toxic. Do not call anyone derogatory slurs due to their gender preferences. Respect others' pronouns (IC and OOC). See "Toxicity" below. 1. *Toxicity:* Including, but not limited to: Overly toxic roleplay, overall behavior, messages in Discord, etc. Will fall under the Disrespect rule, and will cause an immediate ban without warning. 2. *Drama:* Keep your "old city" drama at the door. This is a place to start new, build new relationships and have fun. • **Asset Dumping:** Making new character(s) to drop money to yourself or another player, leaving any of your assets to someone before you leave the community, or anything of this sort is a perma-bannable offense. We enforce this to ensure the economy stays balanced.
